Committed to continuous personal and professional development, A studied part-time for more than 15 years while working full-time, earning numerous qualifications including a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, an MSc in Construction Law & Arbitration from King’s College London, and several postgraduate and specialist professional qualifications. Today, he is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators — reflecting the high regard in which he is held within his profession.

Outside of work, A enjoys keeping fit and active, attending the gym three to four times a week, cycling and walking. He is also looking forward to rekindling his long-standing passion for saltwater aquariums, particularly coral and marine fish keeping.
